Looking for a blowout? We offer a Sunday & Wednesday morning workout program in a training style of your choosing. Use as an addition to your current activity schedule, a family time fun or a "hold yourself accountable" appointment.
Indvidual sessions $60 per hour.
2 person sessions $40 each per hour.
Small Group sessions (min 3 max 8 people) $20 each per hour.
