Lisa "WESTY" West-Linnett
Head Coach
Coach Westy has over 30 years of experience in the game of basketball, with an elite level playing career spanning VJBL, CVIBL, VBL and BigV and a successful coaching career at these same levels.
As a Basketball Australia Association level qualified coach, Coach Westy has worked with various and many players that have gone on to international professional and collegiate careers. She currently works as part of Basketball Victorias SDP & FDP coaching staff as well as coaching her own Under 18 junior girls team at the Sandringham Sabres Basketball Club. We at Funks Corner are extremely lucky to be able to call her our own. Coach Westy will be available for individual skill sessions, group trainings and coaches mentoring sessions.
